What's going on? What ISN'T going on? First off, thanks to all those who came to our May and June Ireland's 32 shows. The latter one was an interesting round-robin of duets, trios, and full band songs which we may repeat at shows to come. Between our sets, Brit acoustic pop-rock singer-songwriter Pete Duggan took the stage and his storytelling buddy, Guy, capped off the night with a most amusing non-sequitur story reminiscent of the "Hertz Donut" bit from The American Astronaut.

Next up, we have two shows on the horizon. The first is Wednesday 7/20 at Anju, a neat little place that serves food and drink and hosts local art events. We'll be the musical interlude between spoken word sets by Michelle de Grasse. Come hear us and enjoy being able to speak amongst yourselves, as we're playing unplugged for the first time.

A few weeks later on 8/6, our home away from home, Ireland's 32, is having us back. We'll be acoustic again for the most part. If you haven't been to Ireland's 32 yet, do drop by, and if you have, why wouldn't you come on back?

Today is also the birthday of esteemed actress and singer Arwen. Give her the best gift of coming to see our shows!

We have ANOTHER Ireland's 32 gig coming up Saturday, June 4. This was a surprise gig that we were just offered a couple days ago. We'll be joined by Pete, a guitarist friend of the bartender's. Stop on by for good tunes and grub!

We have another Ireland's 32 gig coming up the last Friday in May. We're sharing the stage with Mr. Calypso who will go on after us at around 11. We're on at 9pm. Here's a flyer. Hope to see you there!

Thanks to everyone who came to our show! We'll announce any future dates as we find out. For now it's back to editing those Thanksgiving recordings and more excitingly, filming the Johanna video. In the meantime, check out Michael's article in the Links.

We're getting ready for our gig. Here's a flyer if you wish to print one out and bring it for us to autograph. No, really. We'd love to see you all there as it's not just a gig, it's a party -- Dave and Mikey (from 19 who will go on after us) will just have turned 29, both of them! And several other key friends and relatives will also be turning 29. Come celebrate!

On the recording side, we're almost done with raw tracks for three whole songs. Slow but steady...

Our show on Jan. 28 went swimmingly despite sickness and rain. Thanks to everyone who came. Cold worked pretty well and the audience participation portion of the set was a treat to be remembered. One would expect nothing less with Dave's parents in attendance, visiting all the way from upstate New York.

Our next show was changed from March 26 to Friday, April 1 -- yes, no joke -- at Ireland's 32 on Geary Blvd in San Francisco. The show runs from 9-ish to midnight. We'll be celebrating several people's birthdays including Dave's so bring your party hats.

We have a gig on Friday, January 28 at Ireland's 32 on Geary Blvd in San Francisco. Cross street is 3rd Ave. Come one, come all! The show runs from 9-ish to midnight.

We're working on Arwen's latest offering, Cold. It should in shape for the upcoming show.

Recording is progressing slowly. Basic tracks were done over Thanksgiving and Dave has worked on initial mixes since then. Michael finished his vocals over Christmas. Still a long way to go though; most vocals and violin tracks still need to be overdubbed.
